What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request — just mention it in your booking notes.
What is the cancellation policy?
We use the Firm policy. Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. These are the same terms as our Airbnb listings.
- Cancel more than 30 days before check-in and you are refunded in full.
- Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in and you are refunded 50%.
- Inside 7 days of check-in the booking is non-refundable.
- Just booked? You have 48 hours to change your mind for a full refund, as long as check-in is still at least 28 days away.
Do longer stays cost less?
Yes. Stays of 7 nights or more get 10% off the nightly rate automatically — you will see it in the price before you book.
How does the booking process work?
Submit a booking request with your preferred dates. We'll review and respond within 24 hours. If approved, you'll receive a secure payment link. Your booking is confirmed once payment is complete.
Why book direct instead of online platforms?
Booking directly takes up to 15% off our nightly rates, with no platform fees and no booking fees on top. You also get earlier check-in (3:00 PM vs 4:00 PM), later check-out (11:00 AM vs 10:00 AM), and direct communication with your host.
